Account

Your registered profile that enables access to certain features (if applicable).

Virtual Assets

In-game coins, power-ups, boosters, or other digital items without real-world value.

User Content

Any data, text, or messages you submit within the game (e.g., chat or feedback).

Company

Block Blast Quest operator.

Device

Your phone, tablet, or computer used to access the game.

Service

All gameplay, features, social elements, and support related to Block Blast Quest.

🎮Who Can Play?

You must be at least 13 years old to use Block Blast Quest. If you are between 13 and the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has read and agreed to these Terms. By using the game, you represent that you meet these requirements.

🔐Your Account Responsibilities

Certain features may require registration. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws. You may delete your account at any time via in-app settings or by contacting antkcraft@gmail.com.

📱Limited License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Block Blast Quest on devices you own or control, solely for your non-commercial entertainment. This license does not give you ownership of the game, its content, or any intellectual property. Any use outside this license (e.g., reverse engineering, copying, or modifying) is strictly prohibited unless allowed by mandatory law.

💰Virtual Assets & Withdrawals

Block Blast Quest may include in-game currency, boosters, or other virtual items ("Virtual Assets"). You understand that:

• Virtual Assets have no real-world monetary value and are not legal tender.
• You are granted a limited, revocable license to use Virtual Assets inside the game; you do not "own" them outside the context of the app.
• Virtual Assets cannot be exchanged for real money or goods except through our official withdrawal mechanisms (PayPal payouts) where explicitly offered.
• If your account is terminated for violation of these Terms, all Virtual Assets will be forfeited without compensation.
• We may adjust, modify, or retire Virtual Assets with reasonable notice, unless such change materially harms you without cause.

Real-Money Withdrawals (PayPal)

When you meet certain in-game milestones, you may request withdrawal of earned rewards to your PayPal account. Conditions apply (minimum thresholds, verification). Once processed, withdrawals are final and non-refundable. We may delay or deny withdrawals if we suspect fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

💬Content You Submit

Any messages, feedback, or other content you post in Block Blast Quest ("User Content") remains your responsibility. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to host, store, modify, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and improving the game. You warrant that you own the content or have permission to share it, and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any User Content at our sole discretion.

©️Ownership of the Game

All rights, title, and interest in Block Blast Quest (including code, graphics, music, sound effects, character designs, and brand assets) are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or creation of derivative works is prohibited and may lead to legal action. Trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed in the game are our registered or unregistered marks (or those of third parties) and may not be used without permission.

⚠️No Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLOCK BLAST QUEST IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE GAME'S OPERATION, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR AVAILABILITY. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT FULLY APPLY TO YOU.

⚖️Limitation of Liability

TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTION) ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

🛡️You Agree to Indemnify Us

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Block Blast Quest, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (i) your use of the game in violation of these Terms; (ii) your User Content; (iii) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights; or (iv) any fraud or intentional misconduct by you.

⛔Suspension & Termination

These Terms remain effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate by deleting the game and ceasing all use. We may suspend or terminate your access to Block Blast Quest at any time, without notice, if:

• You materially breach these Terms and fail to cure within 7 days (or immediately for serious violations like cheating or harassing others)
• We are required to do so by law or by a regulatory authority
• We decide to discontinue the game or a major feature (with reasonable advance notice where feasible)

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately, and you must delete all copies of the game. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., limitations of liability, intellectual property, dispute resolution) will remain in effect.

🌩️Events Beyond Our Control

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

🔄Game Changes & Updates

We continuously evolve Block Blast Quest. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the game, including features, Virtual Assets, or server availability, with or without notice. We will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice for material changes that may affect your saved progress or purchased items. However, we are not liable for any loss of progress or Virtual Assets resulting from necessary updates, bug fixes, or security patches.

📝Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. For material changes, we will notify you via email, in-app notification, or a prominent notice at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of Block Blast Quest after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the game and delete it.

⚙️General Terms

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive that right.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign this agreement in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Block Blast Quest regarding the game.
